It's been another quiet week. One where putting my energy into healing has been the priority again. Reaching back, down, in... so I can move forward - soon I hope! - as my body rids itself of Lyme and finds the balance it craves.
A digital photograph of the plaster ceiling in our bedroom, uncovered under three layers of wallpaper. Printed in black and white, it's cracks and scraps revealed.
A meditation on healing exposed as I add color with watercolor and marks with water soluble graphite..
Cracks and scraps happen when we live fully. We can choose to wear them as evidence of our passion to embrace all the wonder that surrounds us. We can highlight them with color and embellish them so we can more easily recall their unique lessons as we move forward to the next adventure.
